The Metamora Carriage and Driving Association is pleased and excited to announce the return of two carriage driving competitions this summer.

•    June 19-22 the 24th consecutive Metamora Combined Driving Event at
Dr. Barbara Chapman and Frank Andrews’ beautiful Windrush Farm

•    July 18-20 the 2nd annual Metamora Pleasure Driving Show at
Audrey and Irving Rose’s lovely Squeaky Windmill Farm

Each venue is the perfect setting for the particular competition and both are ideal for competitors as well as spectators.  All we need now is you!

This year, for the first time, the Metamora Combined Driving Event will use the traditional three day format.  We’re doing this in preparation for 2009 when we will celebrate MCDE’s Silver Anniversary by offering Training through Advanced levels.

Please join us in supporting a spirited countryside tradition – the Metamora CDE – and its popular companion weekend of Pleasure Driving.   Rates are virtually unchanged from last year and between the two weekends your advertisement, banner and patronage will get double exposure.  Your continuing financial sponsorship is essential to our success and ALL donations are valued.
